Vaccination Requirements
For the protection and welfare of all our guests, we cannot and will not accept your pet unless we have seen an up to date vaccination certificate upon arrival.

For cats vaccinations must include, Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu.

For dogs vaccinations must include, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Canine Parvovirus .

We also advise you to consult your veterinarian about precautions against Kennel Cough prior to bringing your dog to Silver Birch and take his advice about precautionary treatment.

Veterinary Care
Should it be necessary, veterinary care is available 24 hrs a day during your pets stay. Veterinary fees are covered through our insurance policy up to a £300 maximum. Any costs above this amount will be charged to the owner.

Please note that any illness or injury your pet may have been suffering from prior to staying at Silver Birch is not covered by this policy.
 

Medication
If any of our guests have pre-existing medical conditions, we are happy to administer medication.
